Top class. Dr Aziz is an excellent doctor with very good knowledge of a very wide range of symptons. I have absolutely no complaints and I am delighted by the service. I wish I could say the same about NHS Hospital Care!

It is good to have information about the specialisms of the doctors/nurses and to be able to make appointments online with the most suitable. There is an excellent range of services available. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment for several days, leading to occasional use of the out of hours doctor when a condition is more urgent. There is a marked difference between the approachability and patient rapport of different doctors : in general I have found the younger ones easier to talk to and more willing to explain their diagnosis and explore options for treatment. In particular, Dr Aziz appears unfriendly and unwilling to listen and explore options so I tend to avoid his surgeries if possible.

Thank you for taking the trouble to respond with your thoughts about Wilmslow Health Centre and the support you have gained from being a patient here. Any patient can choose the GP, nurse or administrator that they wish to interact with and see for consultations. All clinicans read all feedback and reflect and review it as part of their annual appraisal. I am sorry you had a poor experience. Thanks again for taking the trouble to give us the feedback Tess Shaw Practice Manager

Not enough privacy at reception you are asked personal questions at the desk when others are present, waiting in line, or seated waiting their turn to see a Doctor. In sensitive and embarrassing. Should not be happening. I have also experienced bad manners from receptionists in the past. The Doctors at the surgery are lovely and never had a bad experience over the 21 years I have been a patient.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to the survey. I am sorry you do not feel comfortable at reception relating to privacy. I will give this some serious consideration as to how we do better to change this feeling. Wilmslow Health Centre Reception do have another window to support patients or carers which is located 'in the corridor' at the back of the reception area which is on the way up to room 9, which is always available to use for a patient in these circumstances. Please let the team know if you wish to use this option in future to support your needs differently. I appreciate your thoughts Regards Tess Shaw Practice Manager
